Chester picked up their first win in seven matches by beating Barnet.
A goal in each half did the damage, the hosts taking the lead in first-half added time when Sean Hessey's corner was converted by Phil Bolland.
The second half was pretty much one-way traffic and saw Chester wrap up the game in the 58th minute.
Chris Holroyd received the ball in the penalty area before teeing up Jamie Hand, who drove a low shot from the edge of the box past Ross Flitney.
