McEvilly struck a vital second-half brace
|
Two vital second-half goals from striker Lee McEvilly lifted Wrexham out of the League Two relegation zone.
Oliver Allen gave Barnet the first half lead, finishing well after Liam Hatch's pass caught the visitors on the break.
On 58 minutes, Chris Llewellyn set up McEvilly for a fine 25-yard strike, and three minutes later crossed for his strike partner to loop in a header.
Wrexham held on at the end to give manager Brian Carey his first win from 11 games in charge.
Barnet now have just three wins from 11 games.
