Barnet were left to rue two wasted chances as they drew at Spotland.

Fighting for survival, the Bees saw Dean Sinclair blaze over from 12 yards before Louie Soares, clean through on the left, was denied by Matt Gilks.

Dale took the lead in the 23rd minute when Rickie Lambert's corner was forced home by Chris Dagnall after a melee.

Barnet clinched the draw when Tresor Kandol was obstructed in the area by Gareth Griffiths and Ian Hendon slammed home the resulting penalty.
