Struggling Barnet put in an impressive display to earn a deserved point against their high-flying London rivals in a fiercely-contested derby.
Barnet had marginally the better of a frantic first half, with Jason Norville and Tresor Kandol both going close.
Orient came close to a breakthrough on 67 minutes when Paul Connor's header forced Barnet keeper Matt Reed to make the game's outstanding save.
