Southend 4-2 Swansea
Steve Tilson
Tilson will be delighted with Eastwood
Fredy Eastwood marked his first league start with a hat-trick to inspire Southend to victory and knock Swansea off the top of the table.

The 19-year-old, who is on loan from Grays Athletic, headed Wayne Gray's cross home after only eight seconds.

Paul Connor equalised from the edge of the box, before Spencer Prior headed Southend back in front from a corner.

Eastwood headed his second, then Adrian Forbes pulled one back before Eastwood scored his third from 25 yards.

Lee Trundle was inches away from a third for Swansea moments later but his audacious effort from the halfway line came back off the crossbar with Ryan Clarke beaten.
