Trundle got the goal but Gueret's saves got the points for Swansea
|
Lee Trundle eased the pressure on Swansea manager Kenny Jackett with a superb strike to beat Cambridge.
The striker seized on a mix-up between defenders Steve Angus and Andy Duncan to hit a 20-yard left-foot volley.
But it was Swansea goalkeeper Willy Gueret who was the man of the match as the Welsh side battled for a rare win.
The Frenchman pulled off excellent saves to deny Darren Quinton and Jermaine Easter, and made a brilliant block at the post from Abdel El Kholti.
