Macclesfield earned their first league win of the season courtesy of four excellent strikes in a thumping victory against Yeovil.
It was Yeovil's third successive setback as they came back down to earth with a bump following their impressive start to life in Division Three.
Macclesfield took the lead after eight minutes when Martin Carruthers' shot ricocheted off Roy O'Brien to leave goalkeeper Chris Weale stranded.
Weale was again feeling for thin air as Danny Whitaker rifled home a 20-yard volley in the 21st minute.
Yeovil were given a lifeline just after the hour when Lee Johnson's quick free-kick was headed home by the unmarked Adam Lockwood.
However, Macclesfield took advantage of the gaps in Yeovil's defence to add two late goals.
Carruthers slid home the third before Whitaker drilled home the best goal of the game, a 25-yard strike into the top corner.
