Bo Henriksen's 12th goal of the season was enough to give Kidderminster a home victory over Bournemouth.

The frontman struck with just seven minutes remaining to keep Harriers' play-off hopes alive.

Cherries keeper Chris Tardif had twice come to his side's rescue in the first half, with good saves from Andy Bishop's header and Dean Bennett's volley from the resulting corner.

But Steve Fletcher twice went close for the visitors, failing to connect with Brian Stock's free-kick and then shooting wide with a speculative effort from 25 yards.

Jason Tindall was another to almost put Bournemouth ahead when his first-time shot was parried by Harriers' keeper Fraser Digby, who was making his debut.

The hosts had a chance when Sean Parrish hoisted over from the edge of the area after being put through.

And Henriksen felt he should have had a penalty for handball after Karl Broadhurst charged down his shot.

With the game drifting towards a goalless draw, however, the Dane made his decisive contribution.

Bennett laid on a perfect cross and Henriksen made no mistake with a header past Tardif from six yards.
