Swindon   1 - 1   Millwall

Swindon 1-1 Millwall

Swindon 1-1 Millwall

Swindon and Millwall were both reduced to 10 men in a bad-tempered draw.

Scott Cuthbert headed the home side in front but then his team-mate Jonathan Douglas was dismissed for a two-footed tackle on Jimmy Abdou.

Parity was restored when Millwall's Frampton was ordered off for a high lunge on Jon-Paul McGovern.

Millwall's Neil Harris hit a post before hesitant defending allowed Danny Schofield to calmly convert an equaliser on 82 minutes.

Swindon manager Danny Wilson told BBC Wiltshire:

"That's the least we deserved for our endeavours. That was a tough, tough game for us, particularly after going down to 10 men.

"The boys showed a fantastic willingness to work against a very strong and physical Millwall team.

"Unfortunately that little bit of tiredness and decision making right at the death just cost us, but it was a fantastic display."

Millwall manager Kenny Jackett told BBC London 94.9:

"Mixed emotions really, we finished strong and looked like the side that would win in the second half.

"We needed more in the box, we had so many chance and so many opportunities.

"Pleased with the side' s attitude and the fitness to keep going."
