Three goals in six minutes helped Norwich finish as easy winners over 10-man Leyton Orient.

Orient struggled after losing JJ Melligan for a tackle on Adam Drury.

Substitute Chris Martin latched onto Korey Smith's precise pass to lash in the first before Grant Holt volleyed home in spectacular fashion.

Michael Spillane burst into the area and unleashed an unstoppable shot before substitute Jamie Cureton rushed clear to slide home the fourth.

"I thought we were excellent, it's never easy to play against 10 men but we were brilliant.

"Every goal was brilliant and I'm delighted with the lads.
