Hartlepool remain without a win at home and Wycombe without one away after the two sides cancelled each other out.

Chances were few and far between in a dull first half but Wycombe took the lead when Scott Beavon drilled a low shot in off the inside of the post.

Hartlepool soon replied as Sam Collins headed on a Neil Austin free-kick for Adam Boyd to volley past Scott Shearer.

Boyd then had a late chance to win it for the hosts, but curled a shot well wide from an inviting position.
