Leeds 3-1 Peterborough

Jermaine Beckford scored twice on his return from injury as Leeds defeated high-flying Peterborough.

Leeds keeper Casper Ankergren twice denied George Boyd and Posh stopper Joe Lewis twice thwarted Andy Robinson.

Substitute Beckford struck with a rebound after Lewis parried Bradley Johnson's free-kick and then deceived Craig Morgan before shooting home.

Craig Mackail-Smith pulled a goal back after Boyd hit the post before Jonny Howson scored in injury time.


Leeds: Ankergren, Hughes, Marques, Naylor, Dickinson, Robinson (Snodgrass 88), Douglas, Delph, Johnson, Trundle (Howson 81), Becchio (Beckford 58).
