A last-minute strike by Matthew Sparrow gave Scunthorpe victory at Cheltenham and kept them top of League One.
The midfielder fired in from 18 yards to deny Cheltenham, who had dominated much of the match.
Gary Hooper collected Grant McCann's through-ball to slot Scunthorpe ahead against the run of play.
The hosts drew level through substitute Paul Connor's glancing header and they had chances to increase their advantage before Sparrow secured the points.
