Yeovil struck twice in three minutes in the first half to claim their first league win of the season.

Danny Schofield scored after 19 minutes when his deflected shot from the edge of the area went in via a post.

Paul Warne then grabbed Yeovil's second when he met a low cross from Aidan Downes to beat keeper Craig Samson.

Hereford substitute Bradley Hudson-Odoi reduced the deficit with nine minutes left when he rifled home a loose ball, with Steve Guinan then hitting a post.
