Freedman's goal booked Leeds a place in the play-offs
Dougie Freedman scored the goal that booked Leeds' place in the League One play-offs as they beat Yeovil, despite having Alan Sheehan sent off.
Leeds scored their winner in the fourth minute when Bradley Johnson's effort was parried by keeper Steve Mildenhall, and Freedman was on hand to finish.
Sheehan was sent off for a two-footed challenge on Lee Peltier in the 64th minute and Yeovil came back strongly.
But Casper Ankergren made a great save to deny Aidan Downes a late equaliser.
Yeovil: Mildenhall, Peltier, Skiverton, Forbes, Smith, Downes, Barry (Owusu 83), Bircham, Williams (Kirk 76), Peters, Stewart. Subs Not Used: Jones, Guyett, Rose.
