Ian Moore's right-foot volley earned Hartlepool a draw against League One strugglers Bournemouth.
The Cherries shocked the home team on 16 minutes as on loan Reading striker James Henry lashed a sublime shot into the corner from the edge of the box.
Hartlepool's James Brown shot just over the bar and Joel Porter's shot deflected wide.
But Porter was the architect for the equaliser with a clever chip which Moore finished from 10-yards.
