Blackpool 1-1 Swansea
Scott Vernon
Vernon was on for just three minutes before scoring
Blackpool's Scott Vernon came off the bench to earn his side a share of the points with Swansea.

Vernon was on the pitch for just three minutes before firing a rasping low drive under goalkeeper Willy Gueret seven minutes from time.

The Seasiders had fallen behind in the 21st minute through an unfortunate Carl Dickinson own goal.

The on-loan Stoke defender bundled the ball into his own net as he tried to clear Lee Trundle's well-struck volley.

Trundle had two chances to seal victory for the visitors in the second half, but was denied on both occasions by goalkeeper Rhys Evans.
