Bradford 2-0 Port Vale
Bradford scored two goals in four second-half minutes to earn a deserved win against 10-man Port Vale.

Vale had midfield player Colin Miles sent off shortly after the half-hour mark for a bad challenge on home midfielder Steve Schumacher.

Bradford scored on the hour as on-loan winger Lee Holmes crossed for former Vale midfielder Marc Bridge-Wilkinson to score against his old club.

Four minutes later David Graham forced the ball in after a goalmouth scramble.
