Shayne Bradley's late winner sent Northampton crashing to their fourth consecutive league defeat as Chesterfield won at Sixfields.

Substitute Bradley headed home the winner with two minutes remaining after young goalkeeper Andy Richmond had produced three excellent saves to deny Jamie Forrester twice and Paul Harsley.

Derek Asamoah was also denied by excellent Richmond in the first half while Glynn Hurst headed wide for the visitors with their best chance of the opening period.

Hurst also went close after the break when he just failed to connect with David Reeves' cross before Bradley's late goal.
