Double joy for Zamora
Brighton striker Bobby Zamora has followed up his call-up to the England Under-21 side by being named in the Division Two team of the season.
Zamora, 21, won a place in the Under-21 squad for the first time when coach David Platt selected him for Tuesday's friendly against Portugal at Stoke. The Seagulls striker was given double cause for celebration on Sunday evening when he was named in the PFA's Division Two team of the season. Zamora's Brighton team-mate Danny Cullip was also included in the side. Reading and Bristol City were the other sides to have two players in the team. Royals' players Graeme Murty and Nicky Forster were selected, as were Michael Bell and Scott Murray from City. The other members of the side were Mark Tyler of Peterborough, Wigan's Arjan de Zeeuw, Cardiff's £1m midfielder Graham Kavanagh, Tranmere's Jason Koumas and Brentford's Paul Evans.
