A Danny Allsopp double capped another impressive Notts County display as they recorded a vital victory over relegation rivals Bournemouth.

The in-form Australian striker has now scored 26 goals this season, nine of which have come in County's seven-match unbeaten run.

His first came after 27 minutes when he intercepted a back-pass from Shaun Maher and slid the ball past Gareth Stewart in the Cherries goal.

Although Bournemouth battled bravely, they never looked like getting back into it in front of County's biggest crowd of the season.

And Allsopp made sure of the points when he collected a Paul Heffernan pass to run clear and score the second goal.
