Millwall 6-1 Colchester
Neil Harris grabbed his second hat-trick of the season as table-topping Millwall crushed Colchester 6-1 to record their biggest win of the campaign.

Former Cambridge City striker Harris started the rout after 18 minutes with a neat finish after good build up work from Paul Ifill and Matt Lawrence.

He then twice turned goal provider as Paul Moody increased Millwall's advantage with a 21st-minute header and then a shot from close range after 61 minutes.

But it was Harris who then took centre stage, bagging his second and the home side's fourth 15 minutes from time following a neat flick from substitute Richard Sadlier.

Millwall defender Robbie Ryan turned the ball into his own net for the visitors' only goal after 87 minutes, but it was scant consolation as Ifill (87) and then Harris, from the penalty spot, wrapped up victory in injury time.

Millwall: Warner, Lawrence, Ryan, Cahill, Dolan, Dyche, Ifill, Livermore, Harris, Moody, Kinet. Subs: Gueret, Bircham, Nethercott, Reid, Sadlier.

Colchester: Woodman, Clark, Skelton, White, Fitzgerald, Stockwell, Gregory, Dozzell, Keeble, Duguid, Conlon. Subs: Brown, Gavin Johnson, Ross Johnson, Pinault, McGavin.

Referee: M Cooper.
