Nine-man Crystal Palace produced a superb second-half rearguard display to earn a credible draw with Burnley.
After a goalless first period, Palace's James Scowcroft received a second yellow card early into the second half.
Referee Iain Williamson then showed captain Shaun Derry two bookings in quick succession moments later.
Burnley pressed for a winner and Palace had goalkeeper Julian Speroni to thank as he made superb stops from Christian Kalvenes and Chris Eagles.
Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock
"I am proud of my players. To restrict Burnley like that with only nine men was impressive.
"They showed what they had under their shirts and we restricted them.
"I can't fault any of my players - I'm just disappointed we did not manage to get the three points."
Burnley boss Owen Coyle
"I thought we had scored a perfectly good goal and their keeper made some top-class saves.
"In the first half we were both nervous but in the second half the sending offs came along and credit to Palace because they defended with their lives.
"Our work ethic was good but we need to work on the final third because we could have had three points."
