Clinton Morrison's 100th goal for Crystal Palace won his side a point against Championship rivals QPR.
Scott Sinclair gave Rangers the lead with his first goal for the club when he headed in Akos Buszaky's cross from the left wing.
Palace equalised two minutes from time when Morrison leapt above everybody to nod in Mark Kennedy's cross past keeper Lee Camp.
Prior to the goal, Morrison also had an effort disallowed for offside.
Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock:
"I was disappointed with their goal because we should have stopped the cross.
"The desire was missing a little bit, so I had to have a few words for the first time - now they know what I'm like.
"But the spirit in the second half was good, and you'd have thought we'd won the World Cup at the end.
"Clinton Morrison deserved his goal, and I thought he played well."
QPR manager Luigi De Canio:
"We had three great chances, but their goalkeeper played extremely well.
"But we have got a point - which, in our position in the table, is something
to build on.
"It's important we get better and don't make mistakes to allow the opposition
to score - and I hope we won't face such a good goalkeeper every week."
