Barnsley came from behind to win for the second time in a week as they battled back to beat Colchester at Layer Road.
The U's took the lead when Greg Halford latched on to Jamie Cureton's cross to bundle the ball home.
Barnsley drew level in the second half when Marc Richards turned home Michael McIndoe's cross.
Brian Howard completed the Tykes comeback when he drilled a 30-yard thunderbolt low into the corner.
Referee Graham Poll took charge of the game, his first professional outing since showing three yellow cards to one player at the World Cup.
Colchester boss Geraint Williams:
"I was pleased that we took the lead but I felt we let ourselves down in the second half. We have got to learn how to close matches down.
"We've three defeats in three now and the Championship is proving to be a tough learning curve for us and we are not learning quick enough.
"The goal we conceded to lose the game was a simple matter of letting possession slip."
Barnsley manager Andy Ritchie:
"It's all very well showing that resilience but it is important we get the first goals.
"We can't keep on giving teams the lead and having to fight back.
"That said, the lads have shown a lot of resilience. That resilience can't last forever, though. We have got to start games right."
