QPR 1-1 Plymouth

Akos Buzsaky's wonder strike ensured Plymouth Argyle continue to pick up points under new boss Tony Pulis.

The visitors scored just before the interval when Marc Bircham failed to close down Buzsaky, who let fly with a fierce strike.

Rangers' route back into the game arrived when Kevin Gallen's corner was handled by Scott Taylor.

Gallen himself stepped up to tuck the resulting penalty into the bottom corner of Romain Larrieu's net.

QPR boss Ian Holloway:
"I saw a wonderful effort out there. There was one team in it and that was us.

"They got a goal from 30 yards and after that I saw us batter them. It would have been a travesty of justice had we not got a point.

"Their goal stunned everyone. You have to hold your hands up to that, it was an absolutely magnificent strike.

"But my boys kept going. We dug ourselves out of it and looked like we might get the three points, which I think we would have deserved.

"We would not have nicked those points had we scored a second. We would have pulled them out of the bag late but certainly not nicked them. I think Plymouth nicked the point."

Plymouth boss Tony Pulis:
"You look at the players QPR were able to bring off the bench and that shows the difficulty facing us.

"We got a smashing goal but in the second half we got nervous and dropped deeper and deeper. They have got Furlong and Nygaard up front and put a lot of balls into the box.

"We needed to keep the ball and take the steam out of the game. We have got the players to do that - players that can pass the ball and make chances.

"I thought the penalty was harsh. There was one before when Hasney Aljofree had Nygaard's shirt and that looked a penalty to me.

"But for the one that was given, the ball just hit Scott Taylor on the arm. It was not intentional."
