Wolves 0-0 Leicester
Wolves and Leicester shared the points as both sides failed to turn half-chances into goals at Molineux.

Stephen Hughes fired over the Wolves crossbar, while Carl Cort and George Ndah both sent chances wide for the home side in the first half.

Joey Gudjonsson struck a left-footed effort wide after the break and Nils Eric Johansson had a long-range shot saved by home keeper Michael Oakes.

Mark Davies, Ivo Ganea and Rob Edwards were all off target for Wolves.

  • Wolves boss Glenn Hoddle:
"It was huff and puff. We didn't have enough guile on the ball and if teams are going to do that to us, we have to be better.

"It was a very tight game and Leicester set their stall out to stop us playing.

"But I'm not going to criticise the way other teams play. We have to keep our nerve and now pick up some points."

  • Leicester boss Craig Levein:
"We have been coming off the pitch recently saying we should have had more shots and more possession.

"We have had to do something else and that was to build a platform and make sure we are hard to beat.

"We have changed the emphasis a bit. We just cancelled each other out and that was probably more my intention."
