A late Jody Morris penalty salvaged a point for Millwall at Leeds.
John Oster had given the Elland Road side the lead when he was found by a David Healy pass and he struck home a low drive just before the break.
But Leeds were denied a much-needed win when Oster went from hero to villain and conceded a spot-kick for a foul on striker Paul Ifill.
Morris stepped up and powered in from 12 yards against his former club where he endured a difficult time.
Leeds boss Kevin Blackwell on failure to win:
"I have never known a club like it, to live with so much frustration.
"We should have been out of sight. It was down to poor finishing because we created chance after chance."
Millwall boss Dennis Wise on Jody Morris:
"Jody had been getting stick all afternoon. But he showed the right attitude, the guts and the bottle to take the penalty.
"So I was pleased for him that he stuck it away, which shut everyone up."
