Plymouth 1-2 Wolverhampton
Substitute Dean Sturridge grabbed a late winner as 10-man Wolves came from a goal down to snatch a second away victory in five days.

Argyle took the lead just after the hour through a David Friio header.

Wolves substitute Kevin Cooper earned the visitors a penalty from which Carl Cort equalised, but was then sent off for a challenge on Peter Gilbert.

But it was Wanderers who snatched the points when Sturridge volleyed home in the 85th minute.

  • Plymouth manager Bobby Williamson:
"That's two home games and two defeats and I don't think we deserve to not take any points from those two games.

"There are going to be these times in the season where you cannot get that victory for love nor money.

"We have got to dig deep, keep believing what we are doing is right and we will get there."

  • Wolves boss Dave Jones:
"When you are down to 10 men and you come away with three points it's nice.

"We are not firing on all cylinders and we know that. I don't make any excuses but sometimes there are reasons.

"It's like today, I was booed for taking off my top scorer Kenny Miller. I thought my two substitutions did well today but you don't get any credit for it."
