1555: Final whistles blow elsewhere, so Norwich's 2-0 win over Stockport takes them into the final play-off spot ahead of Burnley and Preston. They are joined in the play-offs by Wolves, Millwall and Birmingham.

At the bottom, Crewe's 2-0 win over Rotherham is not enough to stave off relegation to Division Two.

1552: Full-time at a jubilant Hawthorns, and West Brom's 2-0 win confirms their promotion to the Premiership.

Shefki Kuqi taps into an open net after a good Owls breakaway. It looks all over for Wolves - they need to score twice to still have any chance. The goal also means Crewe are set to drop out of Division One.

1508: Bob Taylor fires just wide on the turn as the Baggies look to seal their promotion to the Premiership. At Hillsborough, Shaun Newton hits the post for an increasingly desperate Wolves side.
