Bromley currently lie 10th in the Blue Square Bet Premier after 12 games
Bromley boss Mark Goldburg says his side are hitting their targets as they enter a hectic and crucial period.
Bromley face tricky league ties against Maidenhead and Dover before a local derby with Dartford in the FA Cup.
Goldberg told BBC Radio Kent: "I'd have hoped that we would punch beyond our weight this season and we're exactly where I want to be at this stage.
"We've learned a lot of lessons. Our young players are growing in stature and gaining great experience."
Tuesday's Kent derby against Dover represents the completion of exactly one third of the league season, and Bromley currently sit 10th in the Blue Square Bet South, above of more fancied sides like the Whites and Truro City.
With five wins and five defeats in their 12 games so far, Goldberg has asked for more consistency from his side whilst talking up the significance of the next eight days.
"The Maidenhead match is massive. It's important that in the league we put on more of a consistent run," he said.
"Dover is a big game too and they haven't really punched where they will end up at the end of the season.
"There's no doubt that they will be there or thereabouts at the end of the season. I don't want Tuesday to kick-start their run.
"The FA Cup on Saturday is absolutely massive for us. We're going into that Dartford game prepared to setup a lot more robustly than when we last played them."
