AFC Telford United have signed midfielder James Reid from Hinckley United and Altrincham defender Robbie Williams on one-year deals.
Reid, 21, started his career with Nottingham Forest and was named academy player of the year in 2008.
He scored 14 goals for Hinckley in the Blue Square Bet North last season.
Centre-back Williams, 24, leaves Altrincham following their relegation from non-league football's top flight to join newly promoted Telford.
Williams has previously played for fellow Shropshire side The New Saints, who play in the Welsh Premier League.
