Oxfordshire football round-up

Steve Basham and Tom Kemp scored twice to help Brackley Town thrash Bedford Town 4-0 in the Zamaretto League Premier Division on Tuesday.

Former Oxford United forward Basham scored the opener midway through the first half.

Kemp then struck twice in four second-half minutes before Besham added his second five minutes from time.

Dave Lawrence scored Didcot Town's only goal of the game in a 1-1 draw with Hednesford Town.

The stalemate leaves the Railwaymen 18th in the table, two points above the drop-zone.

In Division One South & West, North Leigh came from three goals down to beat Bridgewater Town 6-3 in the replayed game at Eynsham Park.

The fixture was scheduled for 1 February and was abandoned because of fog after 76 minutes, with North Leigh leading Bridgwater 5-0.
