Tubbs has scored 28 goals in all competitions this season

Matt Tubbs scored a hat-trick as Wrexham conceded two late goals to lose 3-2 at Blue Square Bet Premier play-off rivals Crawley Town.

Two first-half strikes from Andy Mangan put Wrexham in charge, but Tubbs' half-volley after the break gave the home team hope.

Tubbs poked home an equaliser before Jay Harris gave away a penalty for a foul on Craig McAllister.

Harris was shown a red card and Tubbs stepped up to win it for Crawley.
