Tamworth eased to victory against struggling Eastbourne Borough, who have lost eight league games in a row.
Danny Thomas put the Lambs ahead with a 30-yard strike, before Jason Bradley doubled their lead, finding space in the area and turning the ball home.
The away side got their third through a Kyle Perry penalty, given after Simon Johnson brought down Neil MacKenzie.
Jamie Taylor pulled one back with a close-range strike, before Adi Yussuf's placed shot from 12 yards.
Eastbourne Borough manager Garry Wilson told BBC Sussex: "It's a real difficult period for me personally, for us as a club, and it's very, very, very hard at the moment.
"We look and we analyse and we try and think reasons for it. And we're constantly having to make changes to our side through various injuries and other reasons, and results like this can come up and hit you.
"Despite the results recently, there's still a strong spirit and they've got real strong feelings for this football club. I look at them and they're tired out from playing in this division and working at the same breath. A lot rests on the players that are fit."
