Wrexham 2-0 Bath City

Wrexham closed in on the Blue Square Bet Premier play-off places with victory over in-form Bath City.

Jay Harris missed early chances for Wrexham but Dean Saunders' men took the lead from the penalty spot after Sido Jombati fouled Curtis Obeng in the box.

Wrexham striker Gareth Taylor stepped up to fire in his fifth goal this term.

Andy Morrell then had a goal ruled out before Mathias Pogba's late strike, his first for Wrexham, from Harris' superb cross sealed victory for the hosts.
