A second-half goal from Charles Ademeno handed Crawley all three points, denting AFC Wimbledon's play-off hopes.
The visitors opened the scoring in the first minute when Danny Kedwell lobbed Simon Rayner to net his 20th goal of the season.
Crawley equalised when Matthew Langston nodded down to Danny Forrest and he lashed home from close range.
But Ademeno scored the decisive goal when he latched on to a pass from Barry Cogan and found the back of the net.
