Dover Athletic can go top of Blue Square South if they beat leaders Newport County.
Dover have won promotion in each of the last two seasons and are currently second in the table.
The Whites manager Andy Hessenthaler has played down the importance of the match.
He told BBC Radio Kent: "There's nothing won or lost whatever happens but it could give us that push we need to go on a decent run now."
"They're a good side, top of the table, only lost one game, so it will be a tough test for us."
Welling United have to put the confusion over who their new manager is going to be to one side when they visit Worcester City. Jamie Day was appointed on Wednesday but Dartford will not release him from his playing contract unless compensation is paid.
One manager definitely taking charge of his first match is Margate's Mark Butler. It is three weeks since his appointment but Margate have not played a first team game since because of their opponents' cup commitments. Their opponents in the Ryman Premier Division are Hastings.
Butler told the Margate official website: "I'm very excited, we can't wait. I'm sure they'll be some nerves but in a good way. We'll find out more about the players and more about us. So far I am unbeaten!"
Dartford could be as many as 16 points clear at the top of the Ryman Premier Division. But their boss Tony Burman doesn't think a home game against bottom side Bognor Regis will be easy.
He said: "We must not take anything lightly in this league. It will be a tough game, Bognor have got nothing to lose. They had a good result in midweek but I am sure if we are on our game then the three points will come our way."
But he denies they have already won the title.
"We don't go there. We've got a lot of points, we've got targets we have set. I like it when teams around us are in the cup still and have replays," said Burman.
