Calum Willock grabbed a second-half winner as Crawley came from behind to beat Rushden & Diamonds.
Crawley wasted the chance to go ahead after only two minutes when Sam Rents' penalty was saved by Nathan Abbey.
And they were made to pay when Craig Farrell headed home Curtis Osano's cross to put Rushden in front.
Jefferson Louis headed in from close range to level and Willock grabbed the winner from inside the box before Karl Broadhurst was sent off in injury-time.
