Smith is hoping to build up Telford's strongest squad since his arrival
AFC Telford United have completed the double signing of striker Matt Nolan and defender Rhys Meynell.
Nolan joins the Bucks from Corby Town and Meynell has switched from Stalybridge Celtic to link up with former team-mate Steve Torpey.
Nolan joined Corby last season after scoring 17 goals for King's Lynn.
Meynell, 20, started at Barnsley and played for Gretna before moving to Stalybridge, where he played 40 times last season in Steve Burr's side.
Telford manager Rob Smith has already signed winger Torpey from Stalybridge as he looks to build a strong squad for the new Blue Square North season after missing out in last term's play-off final.
