Jeffrey has experience already in the Southern League
New Banbury United boss Billy Jeffrey says he believes he can keep the club in the Southern League Premier.
Jeffrey takes charge of his first game against Stourbridge on Tuesday with the club fourth from bottom in the table.
"We are not in the best of positions, but I knew that when I decided to take over, " Jeffrey told BBC Oxford.
"We have two home games coming up and it is about getting that smile back on the players faces and giving them some confidence again."
Jeffrey, a former Oxford United midfielder, has taken the reins at the Spencer Stadium from Kieran Sullivan, who resigned after a 5-0 home defeat to Chippenham.
