Stuart Beavon's brace earned Weymouth their first win in seven games and condemned Kidderminster to only their second home defeat of the season.
The 24-year-old striker rifled in a left-footed drive from 20 yards to open the scoring before half-time.
Weymouth dominated but struggled to add to their lead as Santos Gaia nodded wide from 12 yards and Kevin Sandwith hit the post with a 25-yard free-kick.
But Beavon finally scored a second with an 18-yard right-foot curling effort.
