Andy Brown is suspended for AFC Telford's FA Trophy tie at Boston
AFC Telford boss Rob Smith has tipped young Bucks striker Andy Brown for a big future.
Brown, 22, has scored 11 goals so far this season for the Blue Square North high-flyers and Smith told BBC Radio Shropshire that is impressed.
"He's a lad with a very bright future in football, and it's not just for his goals," said Smith.
"His work-rate is really impressive. He never stops working for himself and for the team."
Smith, who won the Blue Square North manager of the month award for November, added: "I'm amazed he didn't get a player of the month award, as he's certainly standing out."
Brown, who is a student at Loughborough University, scored more than 20 goals for Nuneaton last season.
He moved to Telford in June, choosing the Bucks despite interest from a host of other clubs - including two at a higher level.
Brown misses Telford's FA Trophy trip to Boston with a one-game suspension, having picked up for five bookings. But he will be back for the Bucks' busy programme over the Christmas and New Year period.
