Fuff thanks Cambridge for support

Cambridge City defender Glen Fuff has thanked his club for their support after recovering from an injury he thought had ended his career.

The 32-year-old came off the bench in Tuesday's win over Soham.

It had been a year since Fuff last appeared for the Southern League Premier side after breaking his leg.

"At that point in time I was fearing for the use of my leg, let alone playing football again," he told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire.

"I'm very happy to be involved and still playing at Cambridge City."
