Bromsgrove R 0-4 Nuneaton Town

Non-League

Nuneaton Town moved up to fifth in the Southern League Division One Midlands with a 4-0 win at Bromsgrove Rovers.

Paul Spacey, Brian Quailey, Neil Moore and Rob Foster scored the goals for the Warwickshire team.

Captain Neil Moore told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire: "Hopefully we can now kick on, to come to Bromsgrove and score four is just a fantastic result."

The victory came days after their 1-0 defeat by Goole AFC in the FA Trophy preliminary round replay.

Moore said: "We let ourselves down, we let everyone down and hopefully we answered it with the victory over Bromsgrove."

Town's next game is against Rothwell Town in the league on Tuesday.
