Louis gave boss Dean Saunders a memorable first game in charge
Jefferson Louis' last-minute goal gave new manager Dean Saunders a win on debut as Wrexham twice came from a goal down to fell hosts Forest Green.
Andrew Mangan gave Forest the lead as Wrexham were caught by a ball over the top, but Marc Williams' header from Neil Taylor's cross equalised.
Mangan restored Forest's lead when he curled home from the edge of the area.
Williams again replied, taking Louis' knock-down in his stride, then saw his goal-bound shot turned in by Louis.
New Wrexham manager Dean Saunders: "The first two minutes I was thinking 'what's all this about', we gave away a terrible goal.
"But to come back from behind twice to win - in those conditions against that wind - was great.
"I was panicking every time the ball went down the middle against our back four, but there's something to work with - even if we'd lost, the effort and the way we tried to play football was all I could ask.
"I won't accept any less than that every time we play, so let's carry on and get a great crowd out on Tuesday.
"I'm not a magician. We've been losing for a long time at this club and there are things that need addressing - I have to build a team that doesn't concede so many goals.
"I have to get some better players in, and some of them may be here by Tuesday, but I've told everyone here that if they want to come with me where I'm going they have to pull on that red jersey and fight."
