Injury misery for Bucks defender

Simon Forsdick
Forsdick joined Telford from Hednesford in 2007

AFC Telford United defender Simon Forsdick may require another operation on the knee injury he first picked up last season.

Forsdick had a clean-up operation during pre-season but he aggravated the injury in the win over Gainsborough.

Assistant manager Larry Chambers told BBC Radio Shropshire: "He'll have an MRI scan on Friday.

"Based on the results me and Rob [Smith, manager] will make a decision on what to do."

BBC Radio Shropshire understands physios at the club think Forsdick may need another operation.
