Cambridge United eased their relegation worries and piled the pressure on fellow-strugglers Northwich with a crushing 4-0 victory.
Robbie Simpson put Cambridge ahead when he met Dan Chillingworth's cross and fired home from the edge of the area.
Chillingworth made it 2-0, heading home Rob Wolleaston's pin-point cross.
Simpson got his second of the game with a spectacular 25-yard shot into the top corner and then completed his hat-trick with a cool finish inside the box.
