The Nationwide Conference has named Jim Smith, Frank Gray and Billy McEwan as joint managers of the month for August.
The respective bosses of Oxford United, Grays Athletic and York City share the award after guiding their teams to the top of the Conference table.
All three clubs gained 13 points from their opening five fixtures.
But Weymouth boss Garry Hill has missed out despite steering the Terras to an unbeaten start and a dramatic 1-1 draw against Oxford last Monday.
The Nationwide Conference North manager of the month in August was Carl Macauley of Vauxhall Motors, while Steve Fallon of Histon took the award for Conference South.
