The UniBond League play-offs go ahead on Saturday after a legal challenge by Farsley Celtic and Burscough was defeated in the High Court.
The Football Association overturned a decision to expunge Spennymoor's results when they dropped out of the Unibond League.
But after an application by the two clubs to quash the FA's decision failed the play-off games will go ahead.
The decision saw Farsley drop to third and Burscough out of the play-offs.
FINAL UNIBOND PREMIER TABLE
1 - Hyde United 88 points
2 - Workington 85
3 - Farsley Celtic 83
4 - Whitby Town 80
5 - Prescot Cables 71
Maximum points were awarded to clubs who had not played Spennymoor, which saw Prescot Cables replace Burscough in the play-offs.
Farsley missed out on top spot to Hyde United once the Unibond League┐s original decision to expunge Spennymoor┐s record was reversed by the FA┐s Appeal Board.
Workington will now play Prescot and Farsley will play Whitby Town with the final dued to be played some time next week to see who will go into Conference North.
